The company Sony has just released a new music service called Music Unlimited, which provides access to seven million tracks to users of mobile devices equipped with Android.
The service has been already started by the japoneaen company nine countries (Australia, United States, Spain, France, Ireland, Italy, New Zealand and United Kingdom) and more beyond access to the approximately seven million songs from major record companies, enables users, through subscription, store in the cloud files they have acquired.
Access to Music Unlimited is through the android market, where the implementation of the new Sony service can be downloaded for free.
Despite the fact that this is an application is free, to access all the features of the service, users have to subscribe to any of the plans offered by Sony, which range from $3.99 per month.
The new Sony music service comes at a time that other companies are offering services with similar features, based on a model of computing in the cloud, such as Apple, Amazon or Google.
