The interesting thing is that the device is being developed by Panasonic Solutions Company, a division that focuses on technology for business and Government.
The company said that its tablet is an "Android at the corporate level" and that it will be available later this year. Panasonic did not say exactly what are the advantages to this new tablet Android will offer in relation to their competitors from the market, but stressed that the Toughbook will represent "a tailored solution" because it will be an emphasis on safety and durability, to meet the needs of the Government and small and medium-sized enterprises.
Now is known that the Toughbook tablet will have a multi-touch XGA screen of 10.1 inches in size and that it would provide connectivity to networks 3 G and 4 G. Panasonic has not yet said what what version of the Android mobile operating system will equip its tablet or the speed of your processor.
