Apple proposes even smaller SIM cards

According to Reuters, Apple has presented a proposal to make even smaller SIM cards that micro SIM that currently use the iPad and the iPhone 4, this is due to that Apple intends to ensure that its upcoming devices have smallerthickness and weight than at present. This card has the support of Orange, which along with other mobile operators are taking part in creating it.This project was presented to the European Telecommunications Standards Institute (ETSI) last week.  The proposal is not in the ETSI database yet, but might take some time to make it appear. If this is approved by the ETSI, and if this is a great support from the various manufacturers of hardware companies and others we could be having the card in our hands for the beginning of next year.It is rumored that the next versions of iPad and iPhone could be premiering this card.
